With two decades of experience as an Assistant Director in feature films and scripted television, I bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and insight to my role as a HEFTV Consultant and Producer.
I'm dedicated to delivering exceptional results, I leverage my extensive industry background to enhance productions and foster inclusivity. A recent highlight includes working with Warner Bros/ HBO on House of the Dragon Season 2 in North Wales.

Having an ever-expanding, extensive network of industry professionals and organisations that support my involvement within the industry, I am able to foster collaborations, access resources, and stay updated on the latest trends and opportunities.
In addition to elevating productions, I'm passionate about creating pathways for newcomers to enter the industry and connecting individuals from underrepresented and minority communities with opportunities in HETV.

Recently, I have engaged in a consulting role with ScreenSkills' High-end TV Skills Fund, where I play a pivotal role in visiting HETV productions. My responsibilities as consultant include ensuring that programme participants receive adequate training support and signpost the extensive training, programmes and other offerings the fund provides to industry.
Moreover, I actively engage with production teams to advocate for industry-wide improvements, aiming to cultivate a more inclusive and thriving creative environment.

Currently I am based in North Wales and I have become an ambassador for the region and have cultivated essential and positive relationships with Welsh organisations and the Welsh government. These connections serve as valuable resources, opening doors to opportunities for individuals outside of Wales and facilitating collaborations that benefit both local and external stakeholders.

I am an advocate for organic and authentic evolution
within the media sector
After a hiatus from the industry, I resumed my involvement in 2021 by producing a sitcom - I became acutely aware of the lingering areas for improvement behind the scenes.
This realisation ignited my determination to proactively instigate the positive changes I envisioned within the industry and I curated an initiative called And Action Cymru.

The initiative, proactive stance, and shared frustrations experienced within productions have propelled me to assume the role of an ambassador advocating for positive transformation within the media.
